Adding your credit card

Hey all!

Thank you for bearing with us through our growing pains!

When you want to add a credit card, click on the drop down menu of your user name and click Create Payment Profile. It will load for a second and do nothing. REFRESH THE PAGE that will make allow you to now add a payment.

Click the pink button and add your credit card.

When you want to purchase time, click on the box with a heart and 0.00 (if you don't have credits already). That will open up a page with options on what you can purchase.

These options will be changing as we tweak things.

AS OF December 2, 2025 at 10:39pm, CST, the amount you charge is not connecting to your account and we are not sure why. If you add time, please email customerservice@pleasureplaypen.com or use the Contact Admin option. Let me know what you added and I will add it to the backend. It may take a couple hours before I am able to do so, for that I apologize.
