1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of PleasurePlaypen, including pleasureplaypen.net, related pages, account tools, messaging, calls, tips, paid content, and other services provided by OYS, LLC doing business as PleasurePlaypen. By visiting, registering for, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to any policies linked from the site. If you do not agree, do not access or use PleasurePlaypen.

2. Adults Only

PleasurePlaypen is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years of age and who have the legal right to view adult-oriented material in their location. You may not use the service if you are under 18, if adult entertainment is unlawful where you live, or if you are barred from using the service by law or by a prior account termination.

You may not allow a minor to access your account, view the service, or participate in any communication through the service. PleasurePlaypen has a zero tolerance policy for any material, conduct, or communication involving minors, exploitation, coercion, trafficking, or non-consensual sexual activity.

3. Accounts and Registration

Fans and models must provide truthful, current, and complete account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an account if information is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Models may be required to submit identity, age, payment, tax, and content compliance information before appearing publicly or receiving payouts. Fan accounts may be required to complete account verification before chats, calls, tips, or paid content are available.

4. Account Verification and Payments

Fan signup may include a one-time $1 account verification. When completed, that $1 is added back as account credit for eligible activity on the service. Additional purchases, tips, calls, messages, or paid content may require separate payment or available account credit.

You authorize PleasurePlaypen and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for purchases you initiate. Prices, rates, fees, and available packages may change. Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account, and may be limited to use on PleasurePlaypen except where a refund is required by law.

5. Credits, Tips, Calls, Messages, and Paid Content

Calls are billed according to the displayed per-minute rate. Messages, tips, and paid content are billed according to the displayed price or applicable account settings at the time of purchase. Tips are voluntary and are not a purchase of a guaranteed response, call, meeting, or future service.

Digital content, calls, messages, and other interactive services may be fulfilled immediately after purchase. Because these services are digital and time-sensitive, sales may be final unless PleasurePlaypen determines otherwise or a refund is required by law. If you believe there is a billing error, contact support before initiating a chargeback.

6. Model Content and 2257 Compliance

Models are responsible for the content they upload, sell, advertise, or transmit through PleasurePlaypen. By uploading or offering content, a model represents that all people depicted are adults, all required consents and releases have been obtained, and all records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257, 2257A, and related regulations are maintained where applicable.

Models retain their underlying ownership rights in their content, but grant PleasurePlaypen a limited license to host, display, transmit, promote, sell, process, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate and market the service. PleasurePlaypen may remove, restrict, or refuse any content at its discretion.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use PleasurePlaypen for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, exploitative, infringing, or deceptive conduct. You may not request, offer, arrange, or promote prostitution, trafficking, illegal services, non-consensual activity, sexual activity involving minors, or any activity that violates the law.

You may not scrape the service, interfere with security, impersonate another person, share another user's private information without permission, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that harms PleasurePlaypen, users, payment processors, or service providers.

8. Interactions Between Users

PleasurePlaypen provides online tools for adult entertainment, calls, chats, tips, and digital content. PleasurePlaypen does not guarantee that any user will respond, remain available, provide a specific experience, or continue using the service. Users are responsible for their own communications and decisions.

The service is not intended to arrange in-person meetings, escorting, or illegal activity. Any attempt to use PleasurePlaypen for those purposes may result in removal, account termination, forfeiture of access, reporting, or other action.

9. Monitoring, Safety, and Compliance

To operate the service, protect users, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with law, PleasurePlaypen may review account information, transaction data, messages, calls, media, reports, and other activity where permitted. Calls, chats, and other communications may be logged or recorded where allowed by law and by service settings.

10. Intellectual Property and DMCA

PleasurePlaypen, its marks, design, code, content, and service features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create a competing service from PleasurePlaypen without written permission.

If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice through Contact Support. Notices should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the statements required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

11. Suspension and Termination

PleasurePlaypen may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud, provided inaccurate information, abused payment systems, violated another person's rights, or used the service in an unlawful or harmful way. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PleasurePlaypen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a specific result, a specific user experience, or the availability of any model, feature, call, message, or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PleasurePlaypen and its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

13. Disputes and Arbitration

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact PleasurePlaypen support and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Any unresolved dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The arbitration will be conducted in Tennessee, and judgment on the award may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

PleasurePlaypen may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
